Chef Mito learned many regional dishes of Turkey from masters of each regional cuisine while traveling widely in his native Turkey, and working in the restaurant industry in Istanbul. He was then formally trained in the culinary arts locally at Oakland Community College.

Food, and feeding people well, are a passion for him. Now he’s bringing his passion to the streets of Metro Detroit.
